Cameron turned 3 on Saturday, and we celebrated with a train themed party at our house with close family and friends. The plan was to spend most of the party in the backyard....but the Seattle weather had other plans. It was COLD. Dry most of the day, but COLD. We were inside most of the time, which meant Cameron didn't get much of a chance to play with his new toy....a bike! He was so excited to see it when he came downstairs in the morning.
I made treat bags consisting of
mini train whistles,
train stickers,
train cookies, and some bubbles.
I also made a
train cake, and train cupcake flags. The train cake was a huge pain in the rear, but was fun to accomplish. My mom helped A LOT and I was so grateful for that!
The cupcakes must have been good--look at that chocolate frosting on Cameron's face!
Thanks to everyone who was able to celebrate with us!
